MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • O‘level with minimum 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Assist in coordinating and implementing CSR activities according to the company strategy in its ongoing commitment to becoming a more sustainable and socially responsible organization.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Assist in building relationships with partner organizations to implement and coordinate a range of activities for CSR to build and maintain the company image.
  • Execute creative CSR campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
  • Assist in organizing events and coordinating relevant logistics.
  • Cooperate with other units in order to promote HDC CSR initiatives among the general public.
  • Assist in raising public awareness of a company’s social responsibility commitments in coordination with marketing and PR efforts.
  • Assist in creating partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, and other groups.
  • File, maintain and archive relevant documents of the section properly.
  • Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by HoS/HoD.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Event Management Skills.
  • Possess adequate public relation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
  • Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
  • Should be familiar with Microsoft office package and any other software relevant.


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR. 13,000.00
