MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible for conceptualizing and producing creative visual designs that strengthen HDC's brand identity and support marketing, public relations, and corporate communication initiatives.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Design creative materials for marketing campaigns, corporate communications, events, and promotional activities.
  • Develop visual concepts for social media, websites, digital advertising, presentations, publications, and print collateral.
  • Create branding assets including brochures, banners, flyers, infographics, reports, signage, and promotional merchandise.
  • Produce illustrations, icons, layouts, and digital artwork that align with HDC's visual identity.
  • Support the production of motion graphics, basic animations, and multimedia assets for digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content creators, digital marketers, photographers, videographers, and other departments to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure all creative outputs comply with HDC Brand Guidelines and corporate identity standards.
  • Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing while ensuring quality and technical accuracy.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain organized digital design files, templates, and creative assets.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and creative best practices.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, lnDesign).
  • Working knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Excellent layout and publication design skills.
  • Digital illustration and vector design skills.
  • Motion graphics and basic animation knowledge.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 17,000.00 to MVR 18,000.00 based of qualification and experience.
