MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Film Production, or a related field. 
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

The Visual Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports the organization's marketing, branding, and corporate communication initiatives.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Capture high-quality photographs and videos tor corporate events, projects, campaigns, and organizational activities.
  • Produce multimedia content including videos, graphics, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
  • Edit photographs and videos using industry-standard software to meet organizational quality standards.
  • Assist in planning and executing media coverage for organizational events and campaigns.
  • Ensure all visual content complies with HDC's corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production gear.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, digital marketing staff, and other departments during campaign development.
  • Stay updated on emerging creative trends, photography techniques, videography, and digital media technologies.
  • Support the production of documentaries, interviews, testimonials, promotional videos, and social media campaigns as assigned.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or immediate supervisor.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
  • Basic knowledge of DaVinci Resolve or equivalent video editing software.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Understanding of camera operations, lighting, framing, and composition.
  • Basic motion graphics and animation skills.
  • Time management and ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and cover events outside normal working hours when required


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 17,000.00 to MVR 18,000.00 based of qualification and experience.
