MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • A’Level 3 passes(or)
  • O’Level 5 passes (including English and Dhivehi) (or)
  • Certificate Level 3 or 4 in a relevant field
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible to assist in maintaining a well-organized knowledge base, supporting learning and development programs, and facilitating knowledge-sharing practices.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Assist in developing and reviewing knowledge management strategies for the organization-wide knowledge base under the guidance of a supervisor.
  • Assist in identifying knowledge gaps and specific needs of different departments of the organization.
  • Maintain and regularly update the knowledge base in an efficient manner.
  • Assist to develop annual learning and development plans/budgets.
  • Provide assistance to design, develop, review and manage programs related to knowledge management.
  • Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative workflow amongst departments & cross-functional teams.
  • Assist to monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, outcomes, business.
  • Provide assistance to promote organizational innovation and collaborative working through agile, dynamic learning practices and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to knowledge management processes, best practices, and guidelines.
  • Maintain all documents related to the unit in an easily retrievable manner.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Should be familiar with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
  • Should possess planning and reporting skills.
  • Should be able to manage databases effectively.
  • Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward thinking and proactive.
  • Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
  • Should possess interpersonal skills.
