MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or any other related field with 2 years’ experience in a related field. (or)
  • Professional Certification in a relevant field with minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Carry out installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection of elevators to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while minimizing downtime.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Install, inspect, maintain, and repair lifts and elevator systems.
  • Diagnose technical, electrical, and mechanical faults and perform corrective repairs.
  • Carry out routine preventive maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient operation.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, operational standards, and manufacturer specifications.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore lift functionality to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Support modernization and upgrading of lift systems, including component replacements and system improvements.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations and enhance user safety.
  • Maintain accurate service and maintenance records, reporting activities as required.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of elevator electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting faults.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and safe working practices.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces.


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 18,000.00 to MVR 22,000.00 based of qualification and experience.
