MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a related field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Provide administrative and technical support to in handling staff grievances and assist in implementing best HRM initiatives and programs in line with the department objectives.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Establish and maintain grievance handling procedures to ensure fair and timely resolution of employee concerns. 
  • Conduct impartial investigations into compliance issues and workplace conflicts.
  • Analyze investigation outcomes and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure staff adherence to policies and procedures and take corrective action against the employees as per the relevant policies/ progressive disciplinary action policy when required.
  • Support and facilitate initiatives that promote employee well-being and a positive workplace environment.
  • Monitor organizational compliance with labour laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide compliance guidance and advisory support to departments when required.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and professional handling of all compliance and grievance matters.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of compliance reviews, investigations, and grievance cases.
  • Develop and review HR policies and procedures when required.

  • Able to work flexibly and cope with the ambiguity of an organization going through change.
  • Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and provide the most effective solution when needed.
