MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Degree in a relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in a related field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Assist in preparing strata drawings, reviewing unit fit-out concept and drawings, providing technical support service and assist in related department's work. 


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Assist in handling strata management, strata portal submissions, property control matters, and renovation-related requests for multi-unit residential and commercial strata properties.
  • Assist in preparing building plans, design layouts, renovation proposals, and technical drawings in compliance with strata by-laws, building codes, and relevant regulations.
  • Support the review and assessment of unit modifications, fit-out requests, agreement drawings, and related property documentation.
  • Assist in conducting site inspections, property assessments, and documentation of structural or design-related conditions.
  • Prepare draft reports, design statements, submission documents, and technical records for strata committees, property managers, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, property managers, and internal stakeholders to support project implementation and timely delivery.
  • Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, strata regulations, and sustainable architectural practices to support unit functions.
  • Understand and apply local laws, strata regulations, policies, procedures, and standards relevant to property control and architectural processes.
  • Support administrative and technical tasks related to portal processes, document control, and compliance monitoring.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, strata guidelines, and policy changes relevant to property and technical support functions.
  • Carry out any other relevant duties necessary for the successful completion of unit responsibilities and assigned projects.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, 3D & rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other architectural design software.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and strata legislation.
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, drawings and documentation for approval.
  • Able to interpret and understand engineering drawings, specifications, architectural plans, concepts and methodologies.
  • Able to interpret maps, site and building plans and specifications, graphs and statistical data.
