MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Ensure timely and successful execution of construction projects by managing operations, maintaining safety and compliance requirements, enforcing quality standards, and coordinating communication.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams and contractors, monitor construction and rectification works during the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
  • Conduct site inspections during construction and the DLP to ensure compliance with quality standards, approved plans, and specifications.
  • Oversee routine inspections of grounds, facilities, and equipment to identify maintenance requirements and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the review and issuance of permits for tenant-requested building modifications and improvements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of general maintenance activities, defect rectifications, and major repair works.
  • Investigate maintenance-related complaints, defects, disturbances, and violations, and facilitate timely resolution in line with established regulations and management directives.
  • Maintain daily progress reports, weather records, and other project-related documentation as required.
  • Monitor work progress and inspect ongoing activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance and defect rectification works are completed effectively, safely, and within agreed timelines.

  • Assist in managing inspections, evaluations, approvals, and contractor-related negotiations as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints, maintenance activities, work schedules, material usage, inventory, and other relevant operational data.
  • Prepare periodic reports on maintenance performance, defect rectification status, and project progress for management review. 


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to manage and instruct the construction crew and other team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Microsoft office package such as Excel, Word, etc.
  • Should possess project management and planning skills.
  • Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively
