MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Degree in a relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Supervise, manage, and instruct the project team while monitoring progress, maintaining quality, and coordinating with relevant personals to carry out the necessary day to day work.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Supervise project team and track the status/progress of ongoing projects and prepare reports accordingly. 
  • Provide assistance and technical inputs during the initiation stage of the project.
  • Review structural drawings and recommend design change for projects, if required.
  • Observe and inspect projects during construction to assure high quality results. 
  • Inspect work in progress for compliance with plans and regulations. 
  • Record daily project logs, progress charts and maintain weather charts accordingly. 
  • Conduct specific inspections in relation to the contract milestones. 
  • Prepare technical reports, Committee/Board papers and other reports as required
  • Manage the contract and ensure that the Developer is meeting the contractual deadlines/milestones. 
  • Co-ordinate work assignments with Project Manager, Engineers and external Stakeholders to ensure timely completion of required construction activities.
  • Assist in the process of management and coordination of regular negotiations, inspections and approvals.
  • Assist the supervisor in delivering the departmental objectives.
  • Examine construction materials and approve if required.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Should be familiar with relevant software such as Microsoft Office package and AutoCAD.  
  • Ability to manage and instruct the project team and other team members 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Should possess project management and planning skills. 
  • Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively
  • Proactive, highly motivated and flexible.
  • Should be well organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE
