MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Degree in relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
  • Experience will be considered only upon submission of an official reference letter explicitly stating the duration of employment.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible to develop, support, and establish the strategic action plan for HDC, followed development of a business plan supporting the SAP.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Develop, review, and finalize a strategic action plan (SAP) ensuring alignment with HDC's overall direction and objectives every 5 years and sharing it with the departments. 
  • Undertake necessary exercises to identify upcoming projects/developments and department-specific targets in the development of a comprehensive yearly business plan that supports the Strategic Action Plan (SAP). 
  • Foster a collaborative environment engaging required internal and external stakeholders in the development of the strategic action plan. 
  • Regularly review and update the SAP and yearly business plan based on feedback and changing organizational needs. 
  • Identify the research that is required to be undertaken for each year through department engagement and endorse the calendar. 
  • Conduct research as per the stipulated timeline and ensure findings are integrated into planning and project formulation.

  • Should be familiar with the Microsoft Office package.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
  • Should be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Should be able to clean, collect, and analyze data.
  • Should be willing to learn other relevant software and tools required for the job.
