MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • A’Level 3 passes (or)
  • O’level 5 passes
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a relevant field


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible for running a smooth operation of front desk activities and ensuring a pleasant and warm experience for the guests and visitors.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Provide assistance, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information about the establishment's services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handle the front desk area efficiently, including check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Attend to reservations, cancellations, and modifications of bookings.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle billing procedures.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
  • Liaise with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner.
