HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Scope of Work
Support the timely execution of team-building activities, events, and engagement initiatives to improve employee experience.
Help strengthen organizational culture and boost employee engagement, motivation and satisfaction.
Assist in identifying areas of low motivation, organizational silos, and employee dissatisfaction, and actively support the development of effective solutions.
Conduct surveys and discussions to assess engagement and suggest improvements.
Assist in analyzing employee feedback and perceptions across their journey to enhance employee experience.
Assist in developing, implementing and reviewing performance management strategies, policies and guidelines.
Support change management efforts to ease transitions for employees.
TENDER
Scope of Work
Receive requirements from all departments for tendering process.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth tendering process.
Prepare and revise documents related to tendering process including Tender Documentation Packages, contract terms, forms, decision papers, letters, faxes, e-mails or other related documents.
Maintain up-to-date list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders and monitoring deadlines.
Prepare status reports and expected timelines on a regular basis.
Carryout administrative works related to the bidding process.
Verify supplier invoices against bids and purchase orders for accuracy.
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations.
VENDOR MANAGEMENT
Scope of Work
Maintain and manage the existing and new vendors of the corporation.
Assist in reviewing vendor applications, negotiating credit terms, and verifying required documents.
Create vendor codes and assign initial vendor ratings upon approval.
Assist in monitoring vendor performance as per the standard operating procedure.
Assist in conducting market research to assess and identify the types of vendors the company needs the most.
Assist in sourcing new vendors for the corporation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to register potential vendors for the corporation.
Respond to vendor queries regarding vendor registration, application, business requirements and other terms and conditions, etc.
Attend to correspondence/documentation related to the unit which includes papers, notices, reference letters, etc.
Assist in achieving documents related to the work carried out.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Scope of Work
Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building.
Attend and respond to customer inquiries, complains and other issues respectfully and professionally.
Receive and record incoming emails and documents and route them to relevant departments.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments.
Assist in preparation of reports.
Assist in updating and continuously improving social media and the communication strategies.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Experience in procurement, human resource management and customer relations will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills in both Dhivehi and English language.
Should be familiar with Microsoft office package.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Discretion and need for confidentiality.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
