Architect

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

• Degree in relevant field with minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible for designing and developing of concepts, details and technical drawings of projects carried out by the company.

SCOPE OF WORK 

• Execute multiple, complex advance/special projects including organizing and employing resources to achieve project objectives and preparing and monitoring project budgets.
• Use specialist computer-aided design (CAD) software and other resources to design the systems and/ or schematics, schedules, and others.
• Prepare and draft architectural, building services, and related technical drawings and maps.
• Develop concept designs for outsourced projects.
• Conduct site analysis to assess project viability and constraints.
• Liaise closely with other professionals, including structural/electrical/services engineers, architects, surveyors and project teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of all relevant activities.
• Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to create conceptual sketches, renderings, models and to translate design concepts into detailed plans and specification.
• Understand and apply all aspects of local laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards in the planning process.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Knowledge and experience in using AutoCAD, Revit, 3D & Rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and other lighting design software would be an added advantage.
• Able to interpret and understand engineering drawings, specifications, architectural plans, concepts, and methodologies.
• Able to interpret maps, site and building plans and specifications, graphs, and statistical data.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary between MVR 20,000.00 to 23,500.00 based on educational qualification and experience.
