MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

Degree in relevant field with minimum 10 years of experience in the field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible for providing expert guidance on optimizing workflows, aligning IT functions with organizational goals, and fostering staff development to ensure long-term efficiency and growth.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Evaluate the management, performance, and security of physical and virtual infrastructure.
  • Assess the effectiveness of security measures, risk management, and incident response.
  • Review the efficiency and effectiveness of technical support, asset management, and helpdesk operations.
  • Examine the processes for software development, maintenance, and ERP system management.
  • Identify gaps in current IT operations and produce detailed report outlining findings, assessments, and recommendations for each section of the IT infrastructure.
  • Design strategic action plans to address identified issues and enhance overall IT efficiency.
  • Lead the implementation of recommended improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor and track progress, providing regular updates to management.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements.
  • Advice on how to monitor and improve the capacity, security, and performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee development and maintenance of software applications that conform to the organization's business needs and guarantee data protection, security, and integrity.

  • Proven experience in IT consulting, implementation, and management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with a focus on executing and monitoring improvement plans.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices, emerging technologies, and industry standards.

  • Able to meet tight deadlines and targets.
