OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns, communications, and PR activities to enhance the corporation’s public image.
SCOPE OF WORK
Prepare press releases to ensure that messages are supportive and consistent with marketing strategies.
Execute PR strategies, tours, open days, press conferences, and campaigns.
Contribute to research activities to support PR planning and identify emerging trends.
Identify and develop internal and external strategies for communications, advocacy & outreach, while focusing on achievements.
Create content for newsletters, articles, and advertorials.
Build and maintain a network of contacts within the local and international media, coordinate with departments for op-eds, press releases, interviews, TV and radio appearances.
Respond to media inquiries and set interviews accordingly.
Collaborate with managers to identify trends and evaluate advertising to determine whether it aligns with the organization’s public relations efforts.
Monitor and track all media coverage regarding the corporation, providing regular reports and analysis.

Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Package.
