POSITION

Senior Officer

Minimum Qualification & Requirement 

Degree in relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field. (or) O’Level with minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant field.

Scope Of Work 

  • Monitor day to day operations and keep track of the projects carried out by the section.
  • Compile relevant data and prepare reports when required.
  • Monitor daily expenses, and maintain up-to-date record. 
  • Ensure to maintain up-to-date record of customer database and assist in resolving customer queries.
  • Ensure that the daily correspondences of the unit are attended to in a timely manner.
  • Assist in identifying mechanisms to avoid or mitigate the foreseeable risks related to the work performed.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the projects.
  • Assist in formulation and development of SOPs of the section to further strengthen the operations.

  • Prepare and monitor purchase requirements and maintenance needs of the unit.
  • Maintain updated record of customer database and assist in resolving customer queries.
  • Attend to daily correspondences in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate daily operations and record meeting minutes if required.
  • Maintain the records related to the section in an easily retrievable manner where required.


POSITION

Assistant Officer

Minimum Qualification & Requirement 

Diploma in a relevant field (or) O’Level with minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Scope Of Work 

  • Assist in execution of day-to-day operations of the unit and keep track of the projects carried out.
  • Attend to customer needs and answer their queries.
  • Assist in coordinating and promoting recreational programs, events, and activities to engage the community and enhance visitor satisfaction.
  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating the work of the security team.
  • Attend to correspondences relevant to the unit in a daily and timely manner.
  • Assist in carrying out inspections to determine necessary maintenance works.


SALARY PACKAGE

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
