MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Degree in relevant field with minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Relations or a relevant field. (OR)
  • Diploma in relevant filed with minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations or a relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible to ensure a substantial platform for customers and communicate with them in a professional and inured manner in order to enable the company to enhance its larger strategic vision and common business objectives including customer retention, efficiency and problem resolving by ensuring its strong customer base.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Maintain and manage complete and accurate customer correspondence data to ensure that the Service Quality Index is maintained.
  • Compile relevant data and prepare reports when required.
  • Identify customer concerns/issues and inform relevant supervisors accordingly.
  • Handle client issues throughout the implementation life cycle in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Be up-to-date on all new guidelines and announcements.
  • Ensure all agents are equipped to reach their objectives and goals.
  • Use both knowledge of the company and customer service best practices to educate the team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Guide and lead team members to deliver customer requirements.
  • Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needs.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional customer service skills including active listening.
  • Fluent in English and Dhivehi language.
  • Professional verbal and communication skills (professional phone voice).
  • Exceptional customer service skills including active listening.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to clarify information and diffuse tense situations.
  • Adaptability and accountability.
  • Able to work after office hours and odd hours based on requirements.
  • Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Has utmost integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary MVR. 21,500.00
