Degree in Health/Safety or a relevant field.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Health and Safety field.

Carry out Occupational Safety & Health related works under the guidance of the supervisor.

Assist in planning, developing and implementing Occupational Safety & Health policies and procedures.
Coordinate with training function to conduct OSH related trainings.
Assist in conducting in-house OSH related awareness sessions and trainings.
Carry out OSH related risk assessments and inspections.
Wok with the relevant departments and employees to ensure workplace safety controls are placed cross the organization.
Work with relevant departments to provide to ensure workplace safety controls are placed across the organization.
Work with relevant departments to provide PPEs to employees of a regular basis.
Investigate and record workplace accidents and work-related illnesses.
Prepare OSH reports and maintain documents, register and statistics.
Assist and coordinate OSH related events and programs.
Carry out any other task assigned by the supervisor with regard to ensuring health and safety at work.

Demonstrated proficiency in writing, documentation and implementation.
Excellent planning and organization skills.
Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and should be a good listener and able to give most effective solutions accordingly.
Discretion and need for confidentiality.
Able to work in the field for safety inspections.
Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, etc.

Gross Salary between MVR. 19,000.00 and MVR. 22,000.00 based on education qualification and experience.
