Responsible to carry out the business development function of the Corporation and provide comprehensive administrative support.
SCOPE OF WORK
Assist in developing mechanisms to deliver projects, under the guidance of HoD/HoS.
Undertake research into the marketability and feasibility of the planned projects.
Assist in development of Business Models and Business Proposals for new business opportunities and close new business deals.
Organize meetings with interested investors/developers, record meeting minutes and follow up as required.
Attend to administrative arrangements related to announcements and process bids for commercial land parcels.
Assist in preparation of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant metrics.
Continuously analyze the position of the company and recommend ways to take advantage of the strength of the company.
Deal with correspondences related to the section and maintain proper documentation.
Study product situations and customer views on products and services produced by the corporation.
Forecast, identify and stay up-to-date on new trends in city developments and similar developments.
Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in the most efficient, effective and coordinated manner.
Assist in formulating business development policies and procedures as directed by the HoD / Supervisor and review evaluate and update work methods and procedures as instructed by the HoD.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of marketing & business modeling concepts.
Considerable knowledge of government rules and regulations.
Familiar with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
Proficient with project feasibility and revenue estimation.
Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
Effective and successful negotiation skills.
Should have extensive knowledge on Microsoft Excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
Should be able work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Should be able to priorities tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR. 17,000.00 to MVR. 19,000.00.
