Creative Designer

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

Degree or MNQF Level 7 qualification in Graphics Design or a relevant field with minimum 2 years experience.

OVERALL SCOPE

Providing administrative and technical support to the department in maintaining creativity in designing marketing related materials for HDC’s development projects, enhancement of corporate image and branding of Hulhumalé as a destination. 

SCOPE OF WORK 

• Prepare graphical documents, materials, and illustrations for marketing related campaigns.
• Prepare video graphical clips and presentations as required for marketing campaigns and company-wide initiatives.
• Maintain and manage the HDC's website and provide ideas for further development of the website.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for commercial project marketing.
• Use knowledge of SEO and content development to create digital content that helps HDC get found via search engines, and showcase as a leader within the industry.
• Liaise with other departments and committees in creating, designing, proposing vivid materials and managing events for the respective events of the Corporation.
• Collaborate with marketing team to structure, and present well-organized and persuasive design ideas and direction.
• Videography, Photography, Basic Design and Copy writing of experiential, social media and event content.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Proficient with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Able to provide and implement creative ideas
• Able to present information in forms, tables and spreadsheets.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Understand the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Should be an effectual communicator verbally as well as through writing skills
• Ability to operate under immense pressure
• Familiarity in Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
• Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets
• Flexibility with long working hours  
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player

SALARY PACKAGE 

Gross Salary between MVR 17,000.00 to 19,000.00 based on qualification and experience.
