MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or MNQF Level 7 Qualification in Real Estate or relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
  • Advanced Diploma or MNQF level 6 qualification in Real Estate or relevant field with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Responsible to manage the Land Management function including planning, coordinating and monitoring performance of all allocated lands under the guidance of HoD/HoS.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Manage all assigned land portfolios by enforcing occupancy policies and procedures.
  • Develop, implement and review the land Management policies, procedures SOP’s and strategic action plan in a timely manner and update work methods and procedures as instructed by HOS.
  • Manage and review the rental of leased Lands.
  • Assist in managing land management functions by meeting deadlines as per contract and notices, managing correspondences and attend meetings to assess the status of lands.
  • Prepare Land management plan and update customer database. Ensure records of property holdings and any correspondence relating to Land management are properly secured.
  • Ensure monitoring visits and surveys are carried out as required by the Department to guarantee compliance with guidelines, agreements and also to assess situation.
  • Ensure customer complaints, disputes, grievances and conflicts are handled properly and conduct negotiations when required.
  • Manage and monitor the land takeover and handover. 
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure allocation of land is carried-out in a timely manner.
  • Assist in preparation of annual department budget and ensure efficient utilization of approved budgets.
  • Preparation of documents, reports and summaries relevant to the department and/or any other documents required by the management.
  • Develop and establish a positive relationship with tenants / clients / customers and ensure quality customer service.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, Team, etc.


SALARY PACKAGE 

Gross salary of MVR 21,500.00
