MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in related field.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in related field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Support and prepare the organization for strategic changes by mitigating the negative impact on staff through necessary organizational re-designs, mandates, workflows and business processes re-engineering. Additionally, assist in human resource strategic alignment, performance management and workforce analytics to achieve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness.


SCOPE OF WORK

  • Assist in developing change management plans for projects and implementing change interventions to mitigate negative impact on staff and minimize resistance.            
  • Assist in organizational diagnostics to identify gray areas, job-fit, people misalignment and provide solutions for restructure and reform.            
  • Assess the strategic human resource needs and align the workforce to strategic objectives of the organization.    
  • Assist in the design, restructure and development of functional structure, mandates and workflows of the organization to support broader strategic goals.           
  • Conduct job analysis, workforce analysis, trend analysis and HR reporting to improve efficiency at work by analyzing activities and optimizing how people in the role perform them.           
  • Develop/review policies and procedures relevant to the section when required.           
  • Assess workforce analytics and trends to identify human resource issues and provide recommendations for improvement.            
  • Assist in assessing the strategic human resource needs and align the workforce to strategic objectives of the organization.           


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.           
  • Knowledge of Organizational Development and HR functions and processes.       
  • Able to analyze data and statistical information and use it to develop, monitor and improve services.   
  • Able to network confidently and establish operational relationships with target groups.   
  • Able to work on own initiative, think laterally, negotiate and develop creative and innovative solutions.   
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and software.       
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and negotiation skills.   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
